ABOUT THIS COURSE


Being able to work and engage from a distance has been a significant concern, particularly in the past two years. For a lot of leaders, this is the first time they are in charge of managing remote teams, and it can be quite intimidating. How do we handle the transition to this new mode of working, which has removed personal context, an important ingredient in interacting and keeping people engaged?


OBJECTIVES


Participants of this workshop will:

  • Learn the internal process behind making choices and responding to triggers, as well as practice using tools to manage emotions and regulate responses
  • Familiarize themselves with goal-setting and feedback-giving approaches for coaching purposes
  • Practice strategies for forging agreements on ways of working, setting expectations clearly, facilitating a culture of collaboration and teamwork
